President’s Report for year ended 30th June 2025

Wanted at The Village:
People of all ages with ideas and energy to carry them out; Members & Volunteers to help with gardens or anything around the Village; Mentors who have skills to share with others; Donations of bric a brac, second hand books, etc for Market Stalls. All proceeds of sales go towards financial viability of The Village.
- Membership: If you would like to join ERDO, Membership Fees are currently $5.00 per annum for unwaged or students, $10.00 for adults in employment. If you would like to apply for Membership Download 2025-2026 Year Membership Form here.
- Volunteers: If you would like to Volunteer your services at The Village in any capacity, please contact us. It is worth noting that ERDO complies with Centrelink Mutual Obligation requirements for Approved Voluntary Work.

Members’ Tributes
Vale Puck Vaughan
Long time ERDO Member and well known local identity Puck Vaughan (Edward Harry) passed away 1/5/25. Puck had lived most of his life on the East Coast, having been born on Maria Island. He spent his early life growing up on Rostrevor Fruit Orchard just out of Triabunna, where his father was general manager for Henry Jones. Puck had been an ERDO member for many years, and also an active member of Spring Bay Ramblers up to a few years ago. A great raconteur (mostly true stories!) his was a life well lived. Puck will be remembered with affection by family and friends.
